Lesson #2

It is so fun to see these little ones start to participate! Remember, don't force (or bribe) participation. Your child will participate when he/she feels comfortable. He/she is learning just by listening and watching.

Also, the more you play the music tracks at home, the quicker your child will feel comfortable in class--they will recognize the songs and feel soooo smart.

You can find those in the "Let's Play Music app" in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. These QR codes below will help you find that.

Lesson 2:

Color the bells on page 9 of your workbook

more than play

Tracking is an important literacy skill where the eyes move smoothly from left to right and send input to the brain on each symbol.  When we point, this guides the eyes and supports the brain’s ability to collect the information.

We include many opportunities to practice  tracking in The Counting Song, The Letter of the Day and Hey Diddle, Diddle!  Model and enjoy this valuable skill at home as you sing and play with the Student Workbook.
